Refund policy

At Wavey World, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7days of delivery at WaveyWorld.co@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem.

After we review, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified or refunded.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or household members before reaching out to us.
